Delivery

All orders placed before 4:30pm EST (Monday-Friday) are processed same day. Please allow 24 hours before shipping. Free shipping is standard USPS Media Mail only. For expedited shipping, please select UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air Saver option.

Refunds and order cancellation

Orders that are returned in resalable condition within 14 days of receiving order will be refunded. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before delivery.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you requested your package to be sent by recorded service and it has been lost in mail, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

 All claims on damaged & manufacturers defects must be received within 48 hours of receiving order. We will not accept returns on mildly warped vinyl, unless it's beyond repair. For tips on how to fix warped vinyl, contact customer service.
